[NCE]520. Genesis 5:23-24. And all Enoch's days were three hundred sixty-five years. And Enoch walked with God and was no more, because God took him.
All Enoch's days were 365 years means that they were few. He walked with God means the doctrine concerning faith, as before [518]. He was no more, because God took him, means that this doctrine was preserved for use by future generations.

Potts(1905-1910) 520

520. Verses 23, 24. And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years. And Enoch walked with God, and he was no more, for God took him. By "all the days of Enoch being three hundred sixty and five years" is signified that they were few. By his "walking with God" is signified, as above, doctrine concerning faith. By "he was no more, for God took him" is signified the preservation of that doctrine for the use of posterity.

Elliott(1983-1999) 520

520. Verses 23, 24 And all the days of Enoch were three hundred and sixty-five years And Enoch walked with God; and he was no more, for God took him.

'All the days of Enoch were three hundred and sixty-five years' means that they were few. 'He walked with God' as previously, is doctrine concerning faith. 'He was no more, for God took him' means that that doctrine was preserved for use by descendants.

Latin(1748-1756) 520

520. Vers. 23, 24. @ 1 365 I.$
