[NCE]492. Genesis 5:5. And all the days that the human lived were nine hundred thirty years, and he died.
Days and years here as before [482, 487, 488] symbolize those times and states. He died means that such perception ceased to exist.

Potts(1905-1910) 492

492. Verse 5. And all the days that Man lived were nine hundred and thirty years, and he died. By "days" and "years" are here signified times and states, as above by "Man's dying" is signified that such perception no longer existed.

Elliott(1983-1999) 492

492. Verse 5 And all the days of Man in which he lived were nine hundred and thirty years; and he died.

Here, as previously, 'days' and 'years' mean periods of time and states. 'He died' means that this kind of perception existed no more.

Latin(1748-1756) 492

492. Vers. 5.
