1562、创世记13:5.与亚伯兰同行的罗得也有羊群、牛群、帐棚。
“与亚伯兰同行的罗得也”表示住在主里面的外在人;“有羊群、牛群、帐棚”表示外在人所富有的事物;“羊群、牛群”是指外在人的财物;“帐棚”是指外在人的敬拜,这敬拜正在与内在人分离。

[NCE]1562. Genesis 13:5. And Lot too, who went with Abram, had flock and herd and tents.
And Lot too, who went with Abram, symbolizes the outer self that the Lord had. Had flock and herd and tents symbolizes that which the outer self has in abundance. Flock and herd are the possessions of the outer self, while tents are the worship practiced by the outer self, all of which separated itself from his inner self.

1562. Verse 5. And Lot also, who went with Abram, had flock and herd, and tents. "And Lot also, who went with Abram," signifies the external man that was in the Lord; "had flock and herd, and tents," signifies those things in which the external man abounds; "flock and herd" are the external man's possessions; "tents" are his worship: these things were separating themselves from the internal man.

'And Lot also who went with Abram' means the external man residing in the Lord 'He had Rocks and herds and tents' means the things that the external man has in abundance, 'flocks and herds' being the possessions of the external man, 'tents' the details of his worship, which were separating themselves from the internal man.
